SWOOBZ is a fluid-iGaming platform running on OP, Ownership Points - not a cash-wagering gambling service, at least not yet.

Every balance you see is OP, shown as the glyph ◈: real, server-tracked stakes you earn by play. OP cannot be cashed out, transferred, or redeemed for cash today, though it weighs toward a future token conversion at a publicly announced ratio.

There is no cash wagering and no real deposits of funds yet. Where you see wallet, deposit, or USDC flows, they are a preview of that future journey, without moving real value. See how outcomes work.

You must be 18 or older to use SWOOBZ. You are responsible for following the laws of your jurisdiction; access may be limited where local rules require it.

Signing up creates your real vault (passkey or email code) - the same key you would use once cash wagering launches. Keep your access to yourself; we may reset OP state at any time while SWOOBZ is in this pre-launch season.

• No abuse of other people or of the platform.
• No scraping at scale or automated load against the demo.
• No reverse-engineering for harm.
• No misrepresenting SWOOBZ as a cash-wagering service before it is one.

Odds come from live data feeds, and occasionally a price is obviously wrong - a technical error, a stale feed, or a price that clearly contradicts the real state of an event (for example, long odds on a team that is already comfortably winning late in a match). Bookmakers call this a palpable error.

Where a bet was accepted at an obviously wrong price, SWOOBZ may void the bet and return the OP stake, or resettle it at the price that genuinely applied - whether the error is found before or after settlement. Placing the same bet repeatedly to squeeze a price you can see is wrong may lead to those bets being voided and to limits on the account.

Honest play is never touched by this rule: a long shot that comes in, a sharp read, or a lucky run all stand. It exists only for prices that were never real.

SWOOBZ is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Sportsbook and predictions odds and outcomes come from real matches; casino fun-mode outcomes are simulated. Neither is a guarantee of future availability or accuracy.
