I LOST MY BALANCE · WHAT HAPPENED?

Signed in, your OP () balance lives on our server against your account - clearing your browser or switching devices won't touch it. As a guest, your preview balance lives only in this browser's local storage, so clearing site data or going private resets it. See Privacy for what we store and where.

The in-app controls - deposit limit and a 24-hour break - live in Settings. The guidance on healthy play is on Responsible Play.

Signed-in play state lives in our database, tied to your account; guests keep only a local preview in their own browser. What we keep and why is set out in Privacy.

Clearing this site's storage in your browser settings removes any local guest preview. Signed-in account data (OP balance, history) lives on our server tied to your account - contact us so we can process a deletion request. The Cookies page lists exactly what is held locally.
