The official terms for the Swoobz Leaderboard Campaign. Version 1.0, June 2025.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Swoobz Leaderboard Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Swoobz reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time during the Campaign period without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued participation after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The Campaign is operated by Swoobz. All decisions made by Swoobz regarding the Campaign, including eligibility, rankings, and prize distribution, are final and binding.
The Campaign starts on 2 June 2025 and ends on the official launch date of Swoobz, currently targeted for end of July 2025 (the "End Date"). Swoobz reserves the right to extend or shorten the Campaign period. Any changes to the End Date will be communicated to participants via the Swoobz platform.
To be eligible to participate in the Campaign and receive prizes, you must:
Swoobz employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
The Swoobz Leaderboard ranks eligible participants based on their activity during the Campaign period. Rankings are updated in real time and are visible on the Swoobz platform. The final leaderboard standings at the End Date determine prize allocation. Swoobz reserves the right to adjust ranking criteria or leaderboard mechanics during the Campaign. Any such changes will be communicated to participants.
A total prize pool of USD $10,000 is distributed among the top 200 participants according to the table below.

Prizes are awarded exclusively as a No Deposit Bonus credited to the winner's Swoobz account. Prizes are not paid out as cash directly. The following wagering requirements apply before any withdrawal of prize funds is permitted:
Once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full, the remaining balance may be withdrawn subject to Swoobz's standard withdrawal terms and conditions. Prizes will be credited to winners' accounts within the calendar month following the End Date of the Campaign. Swoobz will make reasonable efforts to process payouts as promptly as possible.
A player finishing in 1st place receives a $1,500 No Deposit Bonus. To withdraw casino winnings, the player must wager $54,000 (36 x $1,500). To withdraw sportsbook winnings, the player must wager $18,000 (12 x $1,500).
7.1 Multi-Accounting
Operating or benefiting from more than one Swoobz account is strictly prohibited. If Swoobz determines, at its sole discretion, that a participant has engaged in multi-accounting in any form, Swoobz reserves the right to:

7.2 Fraud and Abuse
Any form of fraud, collusion, use of bots or automated tools, abuse of bonuses, exploitation of software errors, or other conduct that Swoobz deems to be unfair or in bad faith is strictly prohibited. Swoobz reserves the right to:
Swoobz's determination as to what constitutes fraudulent activity is final.
Swoobz reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any time for any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to multi-accounting, fraud, abuse, or providing false information. Disqualified participants forfeit any prizes or benefits accrued during the Campaign.
Swoobz makes no warranties regarding the availability or uninterrupted operation of the leaderboard or the Swoobz platform during the Campaign period. Swoobz shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from participation in the Campaign, including but not limited to technical failures, data loss, or changes to the Campaign structure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Swoobz is licensed to operate. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms should be read in conjunction with Swoobz's general Terms of Service and Bonus Terms, which continue to apply at all times.
